Short version: this website is intended for general inquiries and isn't used to provide clinical care or transmit sensitive clinical information. All clinical work happens through HIPAA-compliant systems separate from this site.

What this site collects: when you submit the contact form or schedule through Calendly, your name, email, and any message you provide are sent to me directly. This site doesn't store submissions itself.

Patient privacy (HIPAA): privacy of client health information is governed by the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, provided to you at intake. This page applies only to website visitors, not clients in active treatment.

Your information rights: if you'd like a copy of any information this site has associated with you, or would like it deleted, email luis@legacywellnesscounseling.com.
